    Did you know every 1 gram of carbohydrate stored by your body requires 3-4 grams of water with it?

    Likewise, every gram you burn off gets rid of 3-4 grams of water in the process.

    It’s the reason a zero carb diet for a week or two will drop kilos like crazy. That means no bread, fruit, rice, pasta, baked foods, sugar etc.
